About the Role

Join Aircall as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Observability, where you will own and evolve our monitoring, alerting, and observability stack to ensure system transparency, reliability, and performance across all engineering teams. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Aircall's comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and other infrastructure teams to integrate observability best practices into their services.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of observability-as-code principles across the engineering organization.
• Develop and refine metric design strategies to provide actionable insights into system health and performance.
• Proactively identify and address potential reliability and performance bottlenecks through enhanced visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining robust observability platforms (monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with observability-as-code methodologies.
• Expertise in metric design, data collection, and visualization tools.
