Senior IT Analyst

About the Role

Join our Information Security team to build and maintain trust through secure system design and innovative IT operations. You will be instrumental in protecting our customer assets while minimizing friction for internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and serve as a primary point of contact for IT operations.
• Implement and manage a comprehensive asset management program for endpoints, cloud assets, and SaaS platforms.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint management solutions with a focus on macOS and Jamf.
• Write scripts and build automation using Python or TypeScript to improve operational efficiency and enforce security controls.
• Define and document IT policies, service levels, and standard operating procedures to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT operations experience, preferably in a fintech or high-growth tech startup environment.
• Strong proficiency in macOS and hands-on experience with MDM platforms like Jamf or Kandji.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT internal controls, access management, and audit trail requirements.
• Programming experience in Python or TypeScript to automate manual IT workloads.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with SaaS management tooling and inventory discovery tools.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO.
• Relevant security certifications.
