Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-obsessed lifecycle marketer to design and evolve data-driven journeys that guide users from initial interest to long-term product value. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our engagement strategies across product-led and sales-assisted motions to accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize lifecycle programs across the full customer journey, including lead nurture, trial onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention.
• Build segmented email journeys and behavioral triggers that support both self-service and sales-assisted go-to-market motions.
• Partner with Product, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to improve trial activation, product adoption, and expansion rates.
• Manage and scale automation workflows within Marketo and Salesforce while establishing testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Define and report on key lifecycle metrics, translating behavioral data into actionable insights to improve funnel conversion and customer health.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or B2B SaaS marketing roles.
• Proven success building scalable nurture programs, triggered email workflows, and automated customer journeys.
• Hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use funnel and product usage data to drive optimization decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.

• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing automation workflows.
