Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the Role

Join our talented, distributed Growth Marketing team to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization for a massive global user base by running strategic, data-driven lifecycle campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, engagement, conversion, churn prevention, reactivation) to improve user retention and revenue.
• Manage multichannel communications across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and product surfaces, understanding each channel's unique strengths.
• Develop and execute a testing roadmap, running A/B tests to continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights and user behavior.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure CRM efforts align with broader company initiatives.
• Analyze CRM performance, user trends, and monetization metrics, building dashboards to surface actionable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in CRM, specifically lifecycle marketing, ideally within a subscription-based mobile or web product with millions of global users.
• Strong understanding of user journey mapping and frameworks across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze), analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Hex), and A/B testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines and collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong data literacy and analytical mindset, comfortable using user and revenue data to inform strategic decisions.
