Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and a superior experience.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on terminations, resignations, transfers, and redundancy processes.
• Facilitate complex meetings, including workforce reductions and settlement negotiations, while balancing stakeholder interests.
• Draft and administer termination documentation with high accuracy and strict adherence to privacy regulations.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support clients in navigating employee relations policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and product development to enhance the overall customer and employee experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with strong generalist competencies.
• Proven track record in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and deep knowledge of international employment laws.
• Ability to analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and provide practical, compliant solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes with diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first, or global HR environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and automated workflow tools.
• Experience collaborating with legal counsel and government bodies regarding labor regulations.
