Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions while ensuring legal compliance and a positive offboarding experience.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on termination, resignation, redundancy, and transfer procedures.
• Facilitate sensitive meetings, including workforce reductions and administrative hearings, while negotiating positive outcomes.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support clients in navigating employee relations policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure accurate administration of employee records and offboarding processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with a focus on the full employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record in managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with sensitivity and legal precision.
• Strong ability to interpret complex employment laws and industrial instruments across various jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide practical, actionable advice to stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and documentation management with a high attention to detail.
