Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring full legal compliance and a seamless experience.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on terminations, resignations, redundancies, and complex employment matters.
• Facilitate sensitive meetings, including workforce reductions and administrative hearings, while negotiating positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure accurate documentation and process execution.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support clients in navigating employee relations policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with a focus on the full employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record in managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with high sensitivity and legal precision.
• Strong ability to interpret complex employment laws across various jurisdictions and provide actionable, practical solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in managing HRIS platforms and maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy standards.
