Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions for content moderation and review.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define technical vision and deliver large projects.
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions, working closely with leads, designers, and product managers.
- Foster a healthy team culture through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
- Promote a safe and collaborative culture, advocating for engineering needs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in machine learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in a machine learning engineering role within a Product/SaaS company.
- Experience in text, image, video, and audio understanding is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and other business functions.
- Experience proposing and implementing automation initiatives with humans-in-the-loop, seeing them through end-to-end.
