Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy ML-powered features for ad generation.
• Design and implement scalable ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define user needs and product direction.
• Conduct experiments to validate ML model effectiveness and improve performance.
• Contribute to shared ML infrastructure and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering ML-powered product features in production.
• Deep expertise across the ML lifecycle: data wrangling, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI): LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, RAG, or fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and embedding-based systems.
• Strong product mindset focused on user experience and outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
