Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize highly reliable, scalable, and efficient machine learning systems for ads.
• Contribute to the long-term architecture and tight integration of ML serving stacks with core ads infrastructure.
• Implement and improve ML models for various ads domains, including prediction, targeting, measurement, and attribution.
• Focus on CPU/GPU performance optimization and enhance model velocity through observability libraries and quality gating tools.
• Develop solutions for user identity, privacy-preserving measurement, and experimentation platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy compliance and deliver impactful advertising solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Machine Learning Engineering, particularly within the ads, recommendation systems, or related fields.
• Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, high-performance ML systems in production.
• Expertise in ML serving architectures, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model observability, quality gating, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with data privacy considerations, attribution modeling, or experimentation platforms is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to a flexible, remote-first culture.
