About the Role
Lead and empower a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive significant growth and retention for large-scale customers. In this critical role, you will build, scale, and coach your team to consistently exceed targets, delivering immense value to some of the world's most security-conscious organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on large-scale customer growth and retention (3,000+ employees).
- Drive the team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement and refine sales strategies to accelerate pipeline growth and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams to align strategies and optimize customer journeys from discovery to expansion.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-centricity within the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a strategic and hands-on sales leader in a SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise and a track record of success in enterprise sales within the cybersecurity industry.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales professionals, with experience in methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- This is a remote position within the United States.
