About the Role

Lead and optimize our go-to-market (GTM) strategies as a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations. This pivotal role drives efficiency and effectiveness across sales, marketing, and customer success, directly impacting our growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue operations strategies to support GTM objectives.
• Streamline and optimize processes across the sales, marketing, and customer success lifecycles.
• Manage and enhance our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other critical sales/marketing technology stack.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust reporting and dashboards for key revenue metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and achieve targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar strategic GTM role.
• Proven expertise in CRM administration and optimization (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and GTM strategy development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
