Senior Manager, Sales Compensation

About the Role

Lead the strategy and execution of Webflow's sales compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and driving a high-performance sales culture across our growing global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual sales compensation design process end-to-end, including metric selection, plan structure design, rollout, and enablement.
• Own the complete administration of sales compensation plans, guaranteeing timely and accurate commission payouts and managing all related policies.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards leadership to align incentive programs (including SPIFFs) with strategic business goals.
• Deliver insightful analytics and reporting to leadership on key performance indicators like quota attainment and compensation effectiveness.
• Manage and develop a team responsible for sales compensation and deal strategy, including oversight of financial impacts from non-standard deal structures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct people management experience.
• Deep expertise in designing, administering, and communicating complex sales compensation plans to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable executive insights.
• Proficiency with compensation platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with deal desk operations or custom pricing strategies.
• Experience influencing senior leadership across cross-functional departments (Sales, Legal, HR).
