Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value VIP clients, translating business goals into measurable marketing strategies.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Account Director, contributing to planning and team leadership.
• Mentor and coach junior account managers to accelerate their professional development.
• Design and execute comprehensive digital campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, email, and content.
• Utilize advanced AI tools to produce high-quality campaign assets and strategic briefs with efficiency.
• Lead client meetings and strategic reviews to ensure consistent performance and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy.
• Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client portfolios.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and automation platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience in a professional setting.
• Advanced proficiency with AI-driven marketing and productivity tools.
• Superior English communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies clearly.
