As an EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead our regional demand generation strategy by leveraging AI to drive impactful marketing programs and accelerate pipeline growth. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of regional demand and field marketing programs to meet sales KPIs.
• Partner with sales leaders to align marketing efforts with pipeline and bookings targets.
• Scale field events and localized webinars through effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize content repurposing, messaging personalization, and data-driven targeting.
• Manage and report on regional forecasts, ensuring all deliverables are tracked within our project management workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing within the EMEA region.
• Proven track record of building demand generation teams and supporting sales organizations.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense.
• Demonstrated ability to write effective prompts for AI tools to produce high-quality marketing copy and assets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent marketing on strategic sales calls.
