Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Partnerships

About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Partnerships, you will be a pivotal force in shaping and optimizing our marketing programs and infrastructure. This remote-first role offers the opportunity to build foundational systems and processes that directly empower our partner and ecosystem marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, development, execution, and ongoing optimization of marketing programs and supporting infrastructure across various channels (email, in-app, webinars, field events, content, chat, etc.).
• Be instrumental in building foundational systems, processes, and program architecture, specifically spanning Marketo and SFDC.
• Own the lead lifecycle, routing direction, campaign production, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and enablement for the partner & ecosystem marketing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on partnerships and ecosystem marketing.
• Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/SFDC).
• Demonstrated ability to strategically develop, execute, and optimize complex marketing programs.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with lead lifecycle management, routing, campaign production, audience segmentation, and lead scoring.
