Senior Operations Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Operations Manager for EMEA, you will be instrumental in optimizing and scaling our operational processes across the region, directly enabling Deel's mission to unlock global opportunity. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance across EMEA.
• Oversee critical operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics and operational data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing operations team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in operations management, preferably within a global SaaS, FinTech, or HR Tech company.
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, project management, and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA market, including regulatory and cultural nuances.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and globally distributed work environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
