Senior Partner Manager

About the Role

Join Zapier's Ecosystems & Channels organization as a Senior Partner Manager to drive strategic partnerships and unlock new growth opportunities across our integration partner ecosystem, focusing on automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Expand Zapier’s partner ecosystem by anticipating and prioritizing strategic opportunities aligned with Enterprise GTM strategy, verticals, and emerging AI apps.
• Drive adoption of Zapier’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities with new and existing partners to enable deeper integration opportunities and valuable AI transformation use cases.
• Define and execute scalable paths to recruit hundreds of new partners, integrations, and use cases onto the Zapier platform.
• Lead negotiations with enterprise SaaS and AI partners to identify and secure high-impact relationships.
• Create and codify playbooks for partner outreach, activation, and scaling to maximize efficiency across the partner management team.
• Proactively manage and evolve multiple initiatives, setting volume and usage goals, and advising leadership on investment strategies.
• Identify and manage marketing opportunities for new partnerships and launches through partner and Zapier GTM channels.
• Challenge the status quo and drive positive organizational change, providing support and mentorship to teammates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy, with a focus on driving net-new partnerships and capitalizing on technology advancements.
• Proven strategic ability to identify gaps, assess new opportunities, and frame compelling business cases aligned with company and partner objectives.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to design workflows, build agents, create playbooks, research partners, analyze data, and create demos or campaigns.
• Strong negotiation skills, including leading complex partner discussions, defining terms, aligning on value exchange, and closing win-win agreements.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, proactively balancing multiple initiatives and evolving approaches based on data.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Data-driven approach to setting goals, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on performance insights.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate value to partners and internal stakeholders in both verbal and written formats.
• A growth mindset, motivated by building new models, scaling new categories, and creating scalable playbooks.
