Senior Partner Solutions Architect

About the Role

Join Airtable as a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to be a key technical liaison between our partner ecosystem and enterprise clients, designing and delivering scalable solutions that drive customer success through partner-led engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex solutions in collaboration with engagement managers, partner success managers, and partner teams.
• Advise customers and partners on data governance, API architecture, security, and enterprise deployment best practices.
• Develop solution architecture designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Act as the technical advisor on strategic partner-led engagements with enterprise clients.
• Champion the integration of AI capabilities within partner solutions, including agentic workflows and innovative use cases.
• Design and deliver technical training programs and workshops for partners.
• Establish technical standards, templates, and frameworks for partner leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• 3+ years of proven experience designing and implementing complex Airtable deployments.
• 1+ years of experience working with partner ecosystems or systems integrators.
• Airtable Builder, Admin, and AI certified.
• AI fluency: Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with generative AI tools (LLMs, AI assistants).
• Strong understanding of business workflows and proficiency with process mapping tools.
• Experience creating technical documentation, enablement materials, and training content.
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders and managing competing demands.
