About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in France, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local regulations.
• Stay updated on French payroll legislation, tax laws, and social security contributions to ensure full compliance.
• Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare relevant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert for France payroll, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in payroll processing, with a strong focus on French payroll regulations and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of French labor law, social security, and tax requirements related to payroll.
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems; experience with global payroll platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
