Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Australia, the Philippines, and India, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant local payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements in all three regions.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to and resolve employee payroll queries efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, audits, and other ad-hoc payroll projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior payroll role, with specific expertise in Australian, Philippines, and/or Indian payroll processing.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation, tax laws, and statutory requirements for the specified regions.
• Strong proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
