Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Serbian employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with all local payroll tax laws, social contributions, and labor regulations in Serbia.
• Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain meticulous payroll records.
• Prepare and submit required payroll reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee payroll queries, providing clear and helpful information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Associate or similar role, with specific expertise in Serbian payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Serbian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Proficiency in using payroll software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with global payroll platforms or integrated HRIS systems.
• Fluency in both English and Serbian to facilitate communication with diverse teams and authorities.
• Relevant professional certification in payroll, accounting, or a related field.
