About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Payroll Associate, focusing on Philippines payroll operations, and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees in the Philippines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations (e.g., BIR), and statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain meticulous payroll records.
• Prepare and submit required payroll reports to internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing, specifically with Philippines payroll regulations and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippines labor laws, tax codes, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Experience with global payroll platforms or working in a multinational environment.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
