Senior Product Design Director

About the Role

Lead the product design strategy for Webflow's core visual development platform, driving innovation across multiple critical product groups to empower creators globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design strategy and manage outcomes for Webflow’s core visual development products, shaping and driving product success.
• Oversee product areas including Design, CMS, Analyze, Optimize, Interactions, and new product areas.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire product designers and product design managers, ensuring high-quality work from concept to production.
• Partner closely with the VP of Engineering, Product, and Director of Insights to develop the vision, strategy, and operations for your initiatives.
• Champion human-centered design practices and innovate on the product experience to solve customer needs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing seasoned, senior product designers, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication design skills.
• Experience with technologies powering the web and creator tools.
• A bias towards action when working on complex products at a high-growth, scaling company.
• Comfort with the business strategy side of product development that drives tangible growth.
