About the Role

Join our innovative product team as a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of Paddle's Checkout platform. You'll leverage your full design expertise, from problem exploration to UX/UI, to create intuitive and strategic solutions that empower digital product companies globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem exploration, user research, and ideation sessions to define product solutions.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for the Paddle Checkout platform.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, from building to shipping ideas.
• Excel at conducting user interviews and user testing to gather insights.
• Contribute strategically to the future of the product and the development of a scalable design system and process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior Product Designer role, demonstrating a holistic problem-solving approach.
• Strong proficiency across the full design spectrum: problem exploration, user research, ideation, prototyping, and UX/UI design.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute proactively at different levels of product development.
• Experience working in multi-functional product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Portugal.
