Senior Product Designer - Marketplace

Join our Marketplace team as a Senior Product Designer to shape the end-to-end experience of our leading digital stationery marketplace. This role offers the exciting opportunity to design user flows, interfaces, and systems that empower millions to discover, purchase, and utilize digital products.

About the Team

You'll be part of the Marketplace team, a core group at Goodnotes dedicated to building and innovating on the leading digital stationery marketplace. This team focuses on the entire user journey, from discovery to purchase and use of templates, planners, and other stationery products, continually enhancing both the product and platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for the digital stationery marketplace.
• Design intuitive user flows, interfaces, and scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on marketplace or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design, user flows, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work Arrangement

This is a one-year fixed-term contract, renewable. The role can be based in New London or Europe timezone, or Hong Kong or Asia timezone.
