Senior Product Designer – Mobile

Responsibilities

• Lead design for major mobile initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
• Shape the vision for Mercury’s native iOS and Android experiences.
• Turn complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive interactions.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to decide what to build and why.
• Prototype ideas quickly to explore direction, test assumptions, and refine details.
• Design polished, production-ready interfaces with exceptional craft and precision.
• Contribute to our design systems and help evolve patterns across platforms.
• Raise the quality bar for interaction, visual design, and product thinking across the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing high-quality product experiences.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience designing complex systems, not just individual screens.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and drive projects forward independently.
• Clear communicator who can articulate decisions and influence product direction.
• Experience designing native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
• Thoughtful collaborator who makes teammates better.
