Senior Product Designer

About the Role

Join our innovative Product team as a Senior Product Designer, where you will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience from concept to implementation, tackling complex design challenges for our AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex and cross-team design challenges, systematically considering all elements of the customer experience and independently designing new product experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system.
• Support engineers throughout implementation, providing guidance, creating additional wireframes, and conducting QA/product reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Product Leadership to define overall product direction.
• Identify user needs through qualitative research and quantitative insights.
• Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and clickable prototypes.
• Identify and experiment with new design tools for team adoption.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in product design.
• Proven experience as an independent contributor, owning the entire design process from inception to implementation.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales).
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to creating exceptional user experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BA/BS/BFA or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in web design.
• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a high-growth environment.

• Experience or interest in using AI design tools.
