Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who is deeply AI-native to help shape the future of our platform by creating intuitive, user-centric experiences. You will partner with cross-functional squads to drive strategy and experimentation, ensuring our products deliver measurable impact through innovative, AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, explainable, and user-centered experiences that integrate seamlessly into our product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate model capabilities into clear interaction models that balance automation with user control.
• Lead design efforts for browser extensions and admin surfaces, ensuring high quality and utility across diverse user contexts.
• Utilize AI tools aggressively in your own workflow for ideation, rapid prototyping, and research synthesis.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to identify user needs through research, data, and experimentation.
• Contribute to and maintain our cross-surface design system in Figma.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex web-based products.
• Proven experience working in an AI-first manner, utilizing LLMs and AI-assisted prototyping tools daily.
• Expertise in designing AI-powered features such as conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, or agentic workflows.
• Strong critical discernment to evaluate AI-generated outputs and refine them into high-quality product experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience creating scalable design components.
• Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to conduct user interviews and validate solutions through data.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing for browser extensions or mobile applications.
• Strong skills in typography and microcopy writing to enhance UI clarity.
