Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of Zapier’s pricing, packaging, and plan management experiences. This high-impact role will shape how millions of users understand Zapier's value and manage their billing, from free to enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design for Zapier’s pricing and plan UX, including pricing tables, trial mechanics, usage thresholds, and upgrade/downgrade flows.
• Translate complex business strategies into clear, user-centered purchase journeys, collaborating with product, engineering, finance, support, and go-to-market teams.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape roadmaps, rapidly prototype, and deliver valuable, high-impact experiences.
• Drive monetization through customer research and experimentation, identifying opportunities and removing friction from revenue-generating flows.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and storytelling, enhancing team efficiency and design quality.
• Elevate design quality across the Revenue Zone, evolving patterns, communicating rationale, and raising the bar for systems thinking and product storytelling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a focus on pricing, billing, subscription models, or growth spaces.
• Proven ability to balance user experience, business logic, and technical feasibility, translating complexity into clarity.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end projects, from ambiguous problem definition to final UI delivery, with a strategic and structured approach.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively within EPD trios and building robust relationships with cross-functional partners.

Nice-to-Haves

• Fluency in AI tools such as Figma AI, v0, Cursor, or ChatGPT, with a proactive approach to experimenting with new workflows to enhance design outcomes.

About the Team

You will join the Revenue Zone, a team dedicated to helping customers explore plan options, manage usage, and handle billing as they grow. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market partners, reporting to the Director of Product Design for Growth & Revenue.
