Senior Product Manager, Checkout

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, Checkout, you will lead the strategic development of Paddle's flagship Checkout experience, a critical component in our mission to be the growth platform for SaaS businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to drive significant business growth by innovating our payments solutions and ensuring seamless revenue capture for our global customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strategic vision for Paddle’s Checkout, incorporating market trends and technological innovations to deliver leading experiences.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to identify optimization opportunities and design features to solve them.
• Guide effective discovery of new initiatives, run agile workshops, and facilitate prioritization conversations.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, in partnership with Engineering and Design leaders.
• Ensure ongoing product competitiveness through updates and enhancements, leveraging usability and beta testing for optimal user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ambitious and autonomous Senior Product Manager.
• Deep knowledge or hands-on experience with consumer-facing experiences within the fintech industry.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an ambitious product roadmap and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with engineers and product designers.
• Strong analytical skills, utilizing internal and external data to inform strategic product direction and ensure impactful outcomes.
