Senior Product Manager, Duo Agent Platform

About the Role

Join GitLab's innovative team as a Senior Product Manager for the Duo Agent Platform, a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered DevSecOps. You will drive the development of agentic AI solutions that empower users across the entire software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Duo Agent Platform.
• Identify and prioritize key use cases for AI agents across the SDLC.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI teams to deliver innovative agentic solutions.
• Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to inform product development and iterations.
• Drive product adoption and success by working closely with go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with platform or AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps principles.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working effectively in a remote-first environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, large language models (LLMs), or AI orchestration.
• Experience with open-core or open-source software models.
• Background in security, developer tools, or enterprise software.
