Senior Product Manager, Earn Core

About the Role

This senior-level role is pivotal in shaping the future of Kraken's Earn offerings, focusing on staking, rewards, and stablecoin enablement. You will lead the product strategy and execution for core Earn capabilities, ensuring scalable and reliable delivery for clients globally. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in the UK, Europe, and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Consumer Earn Core pod, focusing on staking and stablecoin enablement.
• Drive strategy and execution for staking asset additions and related backend initiatives.
• Define and deliver the roadmap for foundational Earn Core capabilities that power the broader Earn product suite.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to build and scale backend-heavy features.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear product priorities and execution plans.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of staking and stablecoin solutions that meet both user and business needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product experience, ideally leading technical product areas.
• Strong crypto knowledge and deep understanding of staking mechanics for at least 1 chain.
• Experience with passive income generating financial products.
• Solution-oriented, highly-motivated, and proactive self-starter.
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

• History of building or supporting crypto staking infrastructure.
