Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, Engagement, you will:

• Define and execute the product strategy for key user engagement and retention features across Kraken's platforms.
• Identify user needs and pain points through research, data analysis, and market insights to inform product development.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other product teams to deliver impactful and intuitive product experiences.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and write detailed specifications to guide development cycles.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, conducting A/B tests and experiments to continuously optimize engagement metrics.

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate product leader with:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on user engagement, growth, or consumer-facing products.
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Deep understanding of user psychology, retention strategies, and product analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• A strong interest in and understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology.
