About the Role

Join our growing product organization as a Senior Product Manager, Growth, where you will drive product-led growth and self-serve initiatives to optimize our maintenance marketplace and increase user adoption. This role is remote and open to candidates in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Drive product-led growth and self-serve initiatives as part of the Product Growth team.
• Optimize and grow the maintenance marketplace by understanding its core value levers.
• Leverage a growth skillset to significantly increase user adoption.
• Construct growth loops, delve into rich data for insights, and formulate hypotheses.
• Translate experiments into value-driving features for users.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop remarkable product onboarding experiences and journeys.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an evidence-based, customer-centric, and inventive Product Manager.
• Strong growth skillset, including experience with constructing growth loops and experimentation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze rich data for insights and formulate hypotheses.
• Experience in translating experiments into successful, value-driving product features.
• Background in driving product-led growth and self-serve initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and optimizing product onboarding experiences and user journeys.
