Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability

About the Role

Join our team to define the vision and strategy for our core infrastructure observability products, including Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users monitor their systems by bridging the gap between complex engineering needs and intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer feedback and market insights into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build scalable, high-quality observability features.
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.
• Drive the integration of infrastructure monitoring with broader platform offerings like AI-driven assistants and knowledge graphs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical proficiency with the ability to discuss APIs, data models, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience building developer-facing tools, platforms, or infrastructure services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a remote, global environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with open-source software or commercial open-source business models.
• Background as an SRE or deep familiarity with infrastructure components like Kubernetes and cloud service providers.
• Experience integrating AI or machine learning tools into developer workflows.
