Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability

About the Role

Join our team to define the vision and strategy for our core Infrastructure Observability products, including Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of users monitor their systems by bridging the gap between complex engineering challenges and intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Infrastructure Observability.
• Conduct deep customer discovery to identify user needs, pain points, and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to build and launch delightful, scalable features.
• Drive go-to-market activities, including pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.
• Ensure seamless integration of your product area into the broader Grafana Cloud suite.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical proficiency with the ability to discuss APIs, data models, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience building developer-facing tools, platforms, or infrastructure services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user-focused documentation.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience with observability products or working as an SRE.
• Familiarity with open-source business models and community-driven development.
• Experience working with AI-powered tools or integrating AI into developer workflows.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure components like Kubernetes and major cloud service providers.
