Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

This pivotal role as Senior Product Marketing Manager allows you to shape HappyCo's market presence, driving strategic positioning and compelling product narratives across our portfolio. You will be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring our value is clearly articulated and powerfully delivered to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate HappyCo in the market.
• Translate complex product functionality into clear, customer-centric narratives tied to business outcomes.
• Build and maintain a cohesive messaging architecture across all product lines and ICPs.
• Own Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product launches and major releases, partnering cross-functionally to define goals and metrics.
• Lead the creation of comprehensive launch materials, including web copy, one-pagers, and internal FAQs.
• Establish data-driven feedback loops between adoption insights, customer feedback, and roadmap priorities.
• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas through data, interviews, and market research.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning and pricing strategy.
• Partner with demand generation and content teams to align campaigns with ICP pain points and triggers.
• Create and manage sales enablement assets such as decks, battlecards, and pricing guides.
• Train and empower sales teams to confidently articulate HappyCo’s differentiation and support ongoing enablement for product updates.
• Collaborate with Product and Finance on pricing and packaging for new releases and lead product naming initiatives.
• Act as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, driving alignment through clear documentation and communication.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven success owning Go-to-Market (GTM) for multi-product launches or complex SaaS solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to connect customer problems to product value through storytelling.
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience using data to inform strategy.
• Collaborative leader comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
