Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Storytelling

About the Role

This role empowers a Senior Product Marketing Manager to pioneer customer storytelling, focusing on identifying compelling AI use cases and crafting demo-led content that showcases real customer solutions. You'll be deeply curious, uncovering why and how customers build, and transforming these insights into engaging narratives that position them as AI leaders. This is a remote position within the US.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-impact AI use cases solving real business problems at scale.
• Conduct deep-dive customer interviews to understand workflows, challenges, and outcomes in detail.
• Lead demo sessions where customers walk through their builds, capturing and recreating them as working demos with anonymized data.
• Write focused stories that delve into the problem, AI-powered solution, and measurable outcomes.
• Produce demo videos, including filming and basic editing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing, customer advocacy, or a similar role focused on customer narratives.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and articulate compelling use cases, particularly involving AI.
• Exceptional curiosity and interviewing skills to deeply understand customer workflows and technical implementations.
• Strong content creation abilities, including narrative writing and demo development.
• Experience with video production and basic editing for demo content.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable stories.
