Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for GitLab’s application security portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute compelling go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for security products.
• Collaborate with product management to influence roadmaps and ensure market alignment.
• Partner with sales and enablement teams to create impactful sales tools and training materials.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on application security, DevSecOps, or related cybersecurity domains.
• Deep understanding of the application security landscape (SAST, DAST, SCA, API Security, etc.) and developer workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling marketing narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first, and highly collaborative environment.
