Role Impact and Context

You will be a key contributor within the Performance, Stability, and Monitoring (PSM) squad, driving a proactive, "shift-left" quality strategy.

Core Responsibilities

• Driving Performance & Stability: Owning the non-functional testing strategy, including designing and executing critical performance, load, and stress tests for the core iOS app.
• Architecting Advanced Automation: Building and expanding automated test suites across iOS and cross-platforms, and helping drive modern framework migrations and API automation.
• Shift-Left Leadership: Embedding deeply with feature squads to design for testability, create comprehensive test plans, and identify critical architectural risks early in the development cycle.

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years in Quality Engineering or QA roles, demonstrating a track record of stability ownership and technical growth.
• Deep, hands-on experience writing automated tests using Xcode and XCUITest (Swift), and/or cross-platform tools (Cypress/Playwright), alongside API testing expertise.
• Performance Profiling Expertise: Proficiency in using developer tools like Instruments to diagnose memory leaks, lag, and performance bottlenecks.
• Versatile QE Mindset: Comfort balancing code development for automation with executing rigorous manual exploratory testing.
• CI/CD Proficiency: Working knowledge of integrating test suites into pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, TeamCity).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting high-scale mobile applications with 30M+ monthly active users.
• Familiarity with testing strategies related to Machine Learning (ML) features.
