Senior Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role

This Senior Sales Operations Analyst role is a pivotal opportunity to drive operational efficiency and strategic insights for our Sales Leadership and Account Executives. You will be instrumental in optimizing sales planning, territory management, and pipeline governance, leveraging data to empower our sales teams from a remote location in India.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to Sales Leaders and Account Executives, providing hands-on tactical support and strategic insights to improve sales productivity.
• Drive global territory optimization, balancing, and realignment, supporting the end-to-end account assignment process and ensuring data integrity in Salesforce and related systems.
• Establish and enforce pipeline management best practices in partnership with Sales Leadership, monitoring pipeline health and stage hygiene to ensure forecast accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key workflows, educating sales teams on policies, territory definitions, and system usage.
• Partner with GTM Systems on enhancements to Salesforce and connected tools, leading and supporting special projects.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales operations processes, aiming to improve efficiency across the territory management lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst, ideally in a senior capacity, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong process execution capabilities and a passion for data-driven enablement.
• Expertise in Salesforce administration and experience with other Go-To-Market (GTM) systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable operational processes and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with sales leadership and account executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Ability to work remotely from India, managing operational tasks efficiently and independently.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with automation tools and scripting for sales operations.
• Familiarity with advanced pipeline forecasting methodologies and tools beyond Salesforce.
