Senior Sales Operations Business Partner, Partnerships

About the Role

This high-impact role is for an experienced Strategy and Operations professional looking to directly influence Partnership strategy and operational execution at Deel. You will lead the transformation and growth of our partnerships business and build its operational backbone for scale.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the go-to-market strategy for Deel’s Partnerships function.
• Drive annual and quarterly planning and target setting for the partnerships team.
• Conduct independent analysis of the business, gather insights, and make compelling recommendations to GTM and RevOps leadership.
• Drive complex change management initiatives to improve business performance and increase the breadth of Partnerships programs.
• Own recurring business processes, reporting, and key systems to drive operational delivery of the Partnerships business.
• Iteratively improve data integrity and accuracy to support business processes.

Requirements

• Experienced Strategy and Operations professional.
• Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing & Revenue Operations leadership.
