About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Salesforce Manager, CRM Systems, to lead the strategic development and delivery of innovative, scalable solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. This pivotal remote role in North America offers the opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to shape our Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce CRM solutions, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Salesforce CRM systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technology architecture.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to understand needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform, adhering to best practices and governance standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party applications to enhance system capabilities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (e.g., 7+ years) in Salesforce CRM, with a significant portion in a leadership or management role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, manage complex projects, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and deployment best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- This is a remote position open to candidates located in North America.
Nice-to-Haves
- Multiple Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
- Experience with large-scale data migrations and integrations with ERP or other enterprise systems.
