About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Rust backend development, you will be instrumental in building robust, high-performance, and secure systems that power the future of crypto, contributing to a mission-driven company at the forefront of financial innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services using Rust.
• Ensure the security, performance, and availability of critical systems.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and other engineering teams to define and implement new features.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and contribute to technical best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a distributed environment.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in backend software development with a strong focus on Rust.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and concurrent programming.
• Proven ability to design and implement robust APIs and data models.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing high-quality, testable code.

• Experience in the FinTech or cryptocurrency industry.
