Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and services that enhance our platform's capabilities.
• Integrate AI-driven features into core products, improving user experience and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement robust AI solutions.
• Contribute to the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data exploration and model training to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems in a production environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on AI/Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with major ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Work Arrangements

• This is a full-time, permanent, remote-first position. Candidates must be located in the United States or in British Columbia (BC) or Ontario (ON), Canada.
