Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to define and implement data-driven features.
• Optimize existing algorithms and systems for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in software development and MLOps.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or data engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data/ML services.
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and MLOps practices.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Hadoop) and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely from USA, Canada, or Mexico.

Nice-to-Haves

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
