Join our Comms Platform team as a Senior Backend Software Engineer to build and maintain critical services for transactional customer communications via email, SMS, and push notifications. This remote role in Poland is pivotal in driving re-architecture, high availability, and internationalization efforts to ensure timely and high-quality customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, guiding engineers through ambiguity to solve complex problems and ensuring team support.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle, participating in ideation, articulating technical constraints, and partnering on strategic decisions.
- Proactively identify and advocate for project, process, technology, or business issues, leading efforts to resolve them.
- Support the operations and availability of your team’s services by creating and monitoring metrics.
