• Design, develop, deploy, and operate business-critical AI features that enhance customer value on our voice platform.
• Evangelize and implement best practices within your team and across the entire engineering department.
• Mentor team members and actively contribute to improving quality, excellence, and agility in our delivery processes.
• Build added value and resilient services using a variety of backend stacks, always hosted on AWS.

Requirements

• Must have previous experience implementing AI features.
• Strong background in backend software engineering.
• Proficiency with various backend stacks.
• Experience with AWS for hosting and deployment.
• Ability to work remotely from Portugal or France.
