Senior Software Engineer, Fleet Maintenance

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable features for our fleet maintenance platform.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Research and prototype new technical solutions to validate feasibility and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Strong background in full-stack development and UI/UX design principles.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• Experience writing comprehensive unit and UI tests.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, telematics, or connected vehicle systems.
• Experience balancing technical debt, feature development, and bug fixes in a fast-paced roadmap.
